By using this website or placing an order you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Who we are
ARhorsetack is a small online store specialized in premium western tack. The collection consists of carefully selected and designed show pads, western bridles and other matching products for riders who value quality, comfort and style.
Prices and payments
All prices include VAT. Payments are processed securely through the payment methods offered in the webshop.
Price and typographical errors are reserved.
Products
ARhorsetack show pads are designed by me and professionally woven and produced. The combination of materials, colors and patterns is carefully selected to provide both style and comfort for horse and rider.
The western bridles are selected based on quality and then finished by hand with earjewels, natural stones and carefully chosen details.
Many products are available in small quantities or are produced only once. Small variations in color or details compared to the photos may occur.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped as quickly as possible, usually within 1 business day.
For custom products the delivery time is approximately 15 business days. If you need an order urgently you are welcome to contact us to see what is possible.
Delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside of our control, but we will always try to assist where possible.
Returns
You have a 30 day return period.
Products may only be returned unused and must be in their original condition and original packaging.
If a product has been used or shows signs of use it can no longer be sold as new and the right to a full refund will expire.
ARhorsetack reserves the right to inspect returned products before issuing a refund. Products showing signs of use such as hair, dirt, sweat marks, damage or other indications of use may be refused or partially refunded depending on the loss of value.

Liability
ARhorsetack is not liable for damage caused by improper use of products after delivery. Always check tack regularly for wear and use products responsibly.
Intellectual property
All texts, photos, designs and concepts on this website are the property of ARhorsetack and may not be copied or used without permission.
Applicable law
All agreements and orders placed through this website are governed by Belgian law.
