Warranty
We care about our products and do our very best throughout the entire process of design, sourcing, production and shipping to deliver high quality products to you. Should something be wrong with your order, we will of course look for a suitable solution together.
Did you receive a damaged or defective product? Please contact us as soon as possible through our contact details. That way we can think along with you quickly and offer a solution. In that case we cover the return costs. We ask you to return the product in its original packaging if possible.
You can choose from the following solutions:
✦ A full refund of the purchase amount
✦ Store credit for the value of the purchase amount
✦ Delivery of another product of equal value
Because many of our products are made in small batches or individually finished, we cannot always offer an identical replacement product.
Does a product break due to a manufacturing fault?
If a product shows a defect that does not match normal use, we will look for a solution together. We will try to repair the product. If repair is not possible, we offer an equivalent product or refund the purchase amount.
This applies to manufacturing or material faults, not to wear from normal or intensive use. A product that is worn out or used up through frequent use does not fall under this. The product must not have been repaired by you or by third parties and must not have been exposed to abnormal conditions of use.
Right of withdrawal and returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase. You have 14 days after receipt to notify us of your withdrawal. After that notification, you have a further 14 days to actually return the product.
Unsure about the right size, colour or version? Feel free to send a message. I am happy to help you make the right choice. Because every order and cancellation involves costs, I ask you to get in touch beforehand if you have any doubts.
Notifying a withdrawal
You can easily notify your withdrawal via the withdrawal button at the bottom of our website. An email to info@arhorsetack.be with your order number is of course also possible. Please notify us of your return in advance so we can register it.
Inspecting versus using
You may assess the product as you would in a shop: looking at it and trying it on. If you want to try a pad to check the size, always place a clean cloth under the pad and place the pad loosely on the horse.

Reduction in value through use
If you go beyond assessing, the product may decrease in value. A pad that has been used under a saddle, or that contains hair, dirt, sweat marks or other signs of use, is no longer in resaleable condition. For such products the reduction in value equals the full purchase amount. The return is then accepted, but no refund follows, because the product can no longer be sold. We record the condition of the product on receipt.
Conditions for a return without reduction in value
✦ The product is completely unused, clean and in resaleable condition
✦ The product is returned in its original packaging
✦ Any labels or tags are still attached
Refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, we refund the amount due within 14 days via the same payment method used for the order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent it.
Return shipment
✦ The costs and risk of the return shipment are for the account of the customer
✦ ARhorsetack reserves the right to inspect returns before a refund is issued
