Refund policy

Warranty

We care about our products and do our best throughout the entire process from design and sourcing to production and shipping to deliver high quality products.

If something is not right with your order we will of course work with you to find a suitable solution.

Did you receive a damaged or defective product?

Please contact us as soon as possible through our contact details so we can assist you.

In this case we will cover the return shipping costs. Please return the product in its original packaging if possible.

You may choose between:

✦ A full refund of the purchase amount
✦ Store credit for the same value
✦ A replacement product of equal value

Because many of our products are produced in small batches or individually finished we cannot always offer an identical replacement.

Does a product break during normal use?

If a product becomes defective within 3 months after purchase without misuse we will try to repair the product. If repair is not possible we will offer a comparable replacement or refund the purchase price.

The product must not have been repaired by yourself or by third parties and must not have been exposed to abnormal use conditions.


Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the product within 14 days after receiving your order.

Please notify us in advance through our contact details.

For a valid return the following conditions apply:

✦ The product must be completely unused, clean and in resellable condition
✦ The product must be returned in the original packaging
✦ Any tags must still be attached
✦ Products containing hair, dirt, sweat marks or other signs of use cannot be accepted


Trying a pad

If you want to check the fit of a pad always place a clean cloth underneath the pad and place the pad loosely on the horse only.

✦ Do not saddle
✦ Do not ride
✦ Do not use during training

Pads that have been used under a saddle or show visible signs of use are considered used products and cannot be returned.


Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned product we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the original payment method.


Costs and deductions

✦ If free shipping was applied to your order the original shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.


Return shipment

✦ The cost and risk of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

ARhorsetack reserves the right to inspect returned products before issuing a refund.

Returns that do not meet the conditions may be refused or partially refunded depending on the loss of value.


Custom products

✦ Custom made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
✦ Custom products are items specifically produced upon request.

To return an item please send an email to info@arhorsetack.be including your order number and the reason for return.
